I had my consultation with Ksenia at a time when I needed some advice on how to improve my overall nutrition plan, especially looking at my protein intake daily, therefore I reached out as I felt I was a bit out of balance and felt lost with the amount of information available out there.

 

Since the very start, I felt very comfortable and our sessions were extremely useful and full of practical tips and info, which is exactly what I needed. Ksenia listened to my medical history and overall situation and was super helpful and understanding. She also recommended an updated plan of supplements to go with my nutrition plan. She gave me ideas on how to increase my protein take within my vegetarian diet and I found it very reassuring and easy to put into practice.

Where it is helpful, we will use targeted lab testing to identify any hidden imbalances that may be contributing to how you feel, and from there I will put together a personalised roadmap that makes sense for your body, your schedule and your life.

 

This is not about quick fixes or temporary adjustments; it is about building meaningful, lasting change that supports your long-term wellbeing, so that with your commitment and my guidance, you feel genuinely more in control and more confident in your health every single day.
